Cupreata

Green grass aroma, herbaceous and maguey flavor. Herbal flavor, with smoky and wood touches (due to the time in the distilation stil), intense flavor of maguey, menthol, citrus, chili, pepper aftertaste.

Agave: Cupreata semi-cultivated with a minimun of 10-12 years of maturation.

Inaequidens/ Cupreata

Aroma combines the dominant smell of wet grass and pepper of Agave Cupreata with the characteristic citrus and floral subtlety of Agave Inaequidens, chili aftertaste, Cupreata pepper.

Agave: 100% wild Angustifolia with a minimum of 6 years of maturation.

Angustifolia

Smoky aroma, wild herbs, molases, wet earth. Smoky flavor, but mostly citrus flavors of lime and grapefruit dominate, the aftertaste has a good permanence and leans towards sweet maguey.

Agave: 100% wild Angustifolia with a minimum of 6 years of maturation.

Inaequidens/ Angustifolia (Espadín)

Smokey aroma with wild herbs, molasses, and green apple notes. Espadín maguey’s natural tones dominate the scent. Smokey flavor with lime citrus undertones; the lasting aftertaste leans towards the mineral essence of Inaequidens agave.

Inaequidens Pechuga

Silky, ideal for festivities. Green tasting notes prevail. Herbal flavor with hints of smoke and wood (due to the time in the distillation still). Subtle but long-lasting aftertaste of maguey molasses.
